I would like to nominate my friend for the "Home for the Holidays" competition.

She deserves a trip to Barbados because she survived the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. When the first plane struck tower One, Jenny was at her desk on the 88th floor. Thank God she did not wait around but made her way down stairs and got out minutes before the building crumbled. She is lucky and very happy to be alive. If she wins, she'll be happy to see her aunts, uncles, and cousins in Barbados once again, and I am sure they would love to see her. This is her second time surviving such a disaster. In 1993, when the building was bombed she was on the 63rd floor. Amidst all the tragedy she has been through Jenny is still smiling, but that experience will be with her the remainder of her life.
